Answer: Because I prefer spending time making and selling posters over creating a super pretty website, so buy more posters so I can hire a professional to fix all this

Question: How long does shipping take, and what are my delivery options?

Answer: Orders take one business day to process, then 3-5 business days to arrive when ordering domestically

Question: Do you ship internationally? Are there additional costs?

Answer: We do ship internationally, and additional costs will be applied at checkout

Question: How can I track my order?

Answer: Once the order is shipped out, you will receive an email with the UPS tracking number

Question: What happens if my poster arrives damaged or has errors?

Answer: All posters are checked and photographed before shipment to ensure quality control. If there are any issues when your order arrives please send a message with a picture of the problem to customer support at EntropyWizardContact@gmail.com

Question: What materials are your posters printed on?

Answer: All posters are printed on 190 gsm paper with a glossy surface, providing a beautiful finish for every print

Question: What sizes are available, and are custom sizes an option?

Answer: Currently we only print at 12x18in but if you want a custom size you can send a message to EntropyWizardContact@gmail.com, and possibly we can make it happen

Question: Are your posters framed, or can I add framing to my order?

Answer: By default the posters come frameless but if you add-on "Cast Aura" your poster will come with a sleek black frame like the one in the poster previews

Question: What payment methods do you accept?

Answer: We accept Debit/Credit as well as Venmo and Paypal

Question: Can I request a custom poster size or design?

Answer: If you want to add a unique remix to your order, you can add on "Cast Entropy" for a unique twist on the poster design just for you. I do accept commissions as well so you can send a message to EntropyWizardContact@gmail.com, and possibly we can make it happen
